Travel Ambassador

The Bougie Black Girls is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as BBG Travel Ambassadors. As a BBG Travel Ambassador, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable travel experiences for our community of Bougie Black Girls by hosting and managing the logistics of our group trips and events. This position is ideal for someone who loves to travel, is social media savvy, and has a passion for connecting and fostering relationships with other black women. 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the host for designated trips, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.

  • Promote upcoming trips on your social media platforms.

  • Communicate effectively with trip participants, providing them with necessary information and assistance.

  • Handle any issues that arise during trips with quick thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Serve as the face of BBG during trips, embodying our mission to foster connections with like-minded, professional Black women through luxury experiences.

  • Attend Zoom calls with travel groups.

  • Maintain a fun, approachable, and professional demeanor throughout the trip.

Requirements:

  • Must be based in the US (unless we’re looking for a local trip host for a popular destination).

  • Age 25-45.

  • Must have a valid US passport.

  • Flexibility to travel; PTO is acceptable.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Outgoing, approachable, and able to connect with people easily.

  • Must pass criminal background check.

  • Active presence on social media with the ability to promote trips.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Earn $50 per person for referrals, paid out the week after the person books via Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, or wire transfer.

  • The full cost of the trip you host will be covered by the company.

  • 20% discount on trips you’re not hosting.

  • Reduced deposits of $100 for any trip you’re not hosting.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, event planning, or a similar role is preferred.

  • A strong social media following is a plus but not required.

  • Must be highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently.

  • Must have traveled on one of our previous trip or booked on a future trip
