  • Do you book private trips?
    Yes! We specialize in group travel arrangements at The Luxe Travel Plug. Our experienced team of travel experts can help you plan and book the perfect individual or group trip, whether you’re planning a solocation, honeymoon, anniversary, family reunion, corporate retreat, girls trip, couples trip or a special event.
  • What are your hours?
    We are available via email all times of the day and on weekends. Our phone hours are Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. pm to 6 p.m. ET. We respond very quickly via email at
  • What are your travel planning fees?
    Our travel planning fees vary depending on the destination and complexity of the trip. Our initial research fee starts from $100 per person for individual trips. For groups our fee starts from $50 per person based on the size of the group. This fee includes all necessary research, itinerary planning, multiple quote options and booking services.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    The Luxe Travel Plug accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Payment plans are automatically offered through our invoice system. However, you can pay monthly, weekly etc or in a lump sum once it is received before the final payment deadline. All final payments after the intial deposit is due 30-120 days prior to the trip.
  • What is your cancellation or change policy?
    The policies for changes or cancellations vary depending on whether your package has travel insurance and if its a date, hotel change or flight change. Changes fee start from $100 per person. If flights are included in the package it must be paid off in order to receive a flight credit or make changes unless VPP+ is added to the package. Cancellation fees start at $200 per person and will be sent via a separate invoice for payment. Inquire via our email for your specific cancellation or change penalties for any packages booked.
  • What happens after my deposit is authorized?
    After your deposit is authorized, your payment will be processed once we have received all the necessary parties information including correct spelling of their full name and date of birth. Then your reservation will be created and confirmation sent to you within 24-48 hours. Please check spam or junk mail if you have not received an invoice automatically.
  • When is my payment processed?
    Payments are processed immeditately upon booking. A receipt is sent once the payment is processed. Your credit card will be charged within 24-48 hours of authorizing payment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the payment process, please contact us at
  • How far in advance do I need to book?
    Depending on the availability of the package, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure that all details can be confirmed. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us.
  • Is travel insurance necessary?
    While travel insurance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. It provides coverage for unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and more. We provide options for travel insurance through dedidcated suppliers.
  • Do I need a passport to book with The Luxe Travel Plug?
    Yes, a valid passport is required for all international travel booked with The Luxe Travel Plug. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate passport that has at least 6 months validity and visa requirements for their chosen destination. However, you can request a quote or book your trip once you have at least 6-9 months before the trip so you cna apply for a passport.
  • Will the package price change?
    Price and availability is subjected to change at any time, until the deposit is paid. The package price often times fluctuate, so if a package price changes, we will notify you in advance.
  • What is the luxe travel club?
    The Luxe Travel Club is an exclusive online travel company that specializes in curating and organizing group travel events for our private luxury travel community. The Luxe Travel Club is a part of th Luxe Travel Plug and is not a travel agency itself but operates as the provider of our luxury group travel experiences.
  • Do you provide roommate matching?
    Yes, we provide roommate matching. We will ensure that we match you with someone based on our age, interests, habits. If we're unable to match, you will have a single room without any additional cost.
  • When will I receive the itinerary for my trip?
    Clients will receive their itineraries via email approximately 30 days prior to the event. Our goal is to finalize the itineraries as early as possible, and if we are able to do so, you will receive them via email.
  • What happens after I book a trip?
    Once you make your reservation with The Luxe Travel Plug, we will send you an email confirming the details of your trip. This email will include information about your hotels, and any other activities you have booked with us. As well as your invoice that you can set up monthly payments for the trip.
  • What if my initial roommate cancel or havent made any payments?
    If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to the package and invoice according to the new occupancy in your room. It's your responsibility to ensure that your roommate is making timely payments.
  • Are there age restrictions for joining The Luxe Travel Club trips?
    Yes, all Luxe Travel Plug trips require that participants be at least 21 years old. Our trip age range is usually 30-50 years old.
  • Can I travel solo with the Luxe Travel Club?
    Yes, the Luxe Travel Plug welcomes solo travelers. Their group trips offer a welcoming and inclusive environment, providing opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals and forge new friendships.
  • What is the payment process for booking a trip with the Luxe Travel Club?
    The payment process typically involves an initial deposit upon booking, followed by scheduled installment payments leading up to the trip. The Luxe Travel Plug provides detailed information on their website or during the booking process.
  • Is travel insurance included in the trip packages?
    Travel insurance is not typically included in the trip packages offered by the Luxe Travel Plug. However, they strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances and provide peace of mind during your journey.
  • What is the cancellation policy for trips with the Luxe Travel Plug
    All payments made to the Luxe Travel Plug is nonrefundable and non-trasnferable unless stated otherwise. By making a reservation, you have acknowledged and accepted our Terms and Conditions. We strongly advise all clients to safeguard their investment by purchasing travel insurance, ensuring financial protection and peace of mind in case of any emergency.
